Estate Overwatch is established to provide Principals and their families a piece of mind that their home and/or vacation home or other property is looked after when they are away. A property is in need of a 'temporary overwatch' while in the transition of hiring staff, staff is on leave and any other need requiring property sitting.

Property functionality has to carry on without disrupting week to week daily flow of the property's maintenance and activities. The search and interview process for temporary placement is time consuming and it can be tedious and tiring to find people for every out-of-town excursion. The individual has to be the absolute right fit. Furthermore, the individual working as outside service has to have the experience, practices, standards, expectations and follow through for estates and homes.  Often-times, when candidates do present the qualifications; they are looking for full-time work with benefits.
