MEETING


         MEETING IS PREFERRED

The initial meeting is with the owner in person to do a property walk-through and to discuss the following: the property, the property lifestyle and environment, the property staff and outside service, & the familys' preferences and additional requests. Additional visits to the property may be required on a needed basis for last minute details and/or to meet the staff, receive clearance, sign paperwork and receive access to property grounds whether by keys or virtual screening.

If the principal of the property is not available; the meeting can be with the individual having authority to make financial decisions acting on behalf of the principal. Ex: Attorney, Accountant, Estate Manager, Personal Assistant etc.

CONSIDERATIONS

With estate overwatch outside the local vicinity the principal provides the costs of flight/transportation including food, gas and/ or mileage and living accommodations are needed.
